TUO Fara circadian performance lighting for Phillies players

Phillies 360 Lighting Protocol

Circadian performance lighting that aligns your peak performance with first pitch – at home or on the road.

TUO Fara travel lights regulate athletes' circadian rhythms, optimizing peak performance to coincide with game start times in any time zone. Backed by clinical research at the University of Washington, TUO lighting is designed to support the demands of a Major League schedule.

Clinically validated performance lighting

The University of Washington's clinical studies confirm that TUO lighting is twice as effective as other technologies at influencing the body's circadian system.

This advanced lighting system supports demanding travel and game schedules by optimizing your circadian performance to game times, helping maintain cardiovascular health, mental focus, and readiness when it matters most.

Why this matters for players

  • Aligns your internal clock with shifting start times across time zones.
  • Helps you feel more awake and locked in at first pitch, not hours before or after.
  • Designed specifically for high-performance environments like MLB clubhouses and road trips.

How the Phillies Circadian Program works

Your body's circadian rhythm influences when your mind and body perform at their best each day. These cycles shift earlier with morning light and later with evening light. TUO's Phillies Circadian Program sends simple daily app notifications, telling you exactly when to use TUO lights so your peak performance period lines up with that day's game time.

1

Check today's schedule

Open the TUO app to see today's Phillies game time and your personalized lighting protocol.

2

Follow Wake mode timing

When notified, press the Wake mode on your TUO Fara light and go about your normal routine. No need to stare at the light; just keep it in the room.

Arrive at peak performance

The program adjusts your circadian timing ahead of each game so your body and mind are primed right when you step onto the field.

Lighting you can use everywhere

The Phillies protocol is designed around the real places you spend your time on game days – at home, at the ballpark, and on the road.

TUO light used at home

At HOME

Use Wake mode light in the morning to set your baseline circadian timing before heading to the park.

TUO light in clubhouse environment

CLUBHOUSE

Top up your minutes before the game to complete the recommended Wake exposure if needed.

TUO light in hotel room

Hotel room

Use Wake mode in the evening or morning on the road to shift your clock for away game times.

TUO light in away locker room

AWAY locker room

Keep your protocol consistent during road series so you feel locked in from first pitch to final out.

Example: June 7th, 1:35 PM vs. White Sox

The previous day's game started at 4:05 PM EDT, so your peak needs to shift 3 hours earlier for today's 1:35 PM start. That evening, you shift it back later for a 3-game series in Toronto at 7:07 PM.

At HOME – Morning

7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Get about 180 minutes of Wake mode light before the game. Turn on your TUO Fara in Wake mode while you move through your normal morning routine.

CLUBHOUSE – Pre-game

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Top up with Wake mode in the clubhouse to complete any remaining recommended minutes before first pitch.

Hotel room / Travel – Evening

4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

After the game, get 240 minutes of Wake mode light in the evening — in the clubhouse, during travel to Toronto, and/or at the hotel — to shift your peak later for the 7:07 PM series.

AWAY locker room – Toronto series

3-game series at 7:07 PM

If you completed the 240 minutes the evening before, no further protocol is needed. Your peak is already aligned for all three games.

Step 1 of 3
