REFUND POLICY
Returns
To return items in your purchase, contact us at info@thetuolife.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your purchase is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may only be able to offer a partial refund. We recommend keeping your original packaging for easy, safe return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund and will only offer an exchange under the terms of the TUO® limited warranty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval, partial approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits typically appear within a few days but can take up to a month depending on your purchase method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this, and you haven't received your refund within a week or so, please contact us at info@thetuolife.com.
Exchanges
We quickly replace items that are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange items in your purchase, send us an email at info@thetuolife.com.
Shipping
If you contact us for a return or exchange of a just-shipped, defective or damaged product, we'll generate a shipping label and send it to you so that you may return your product.
If you contact us for an exchange under our limited warranty, please ship the item you're exchanging to the following address.

If shipping products worth more than $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. You're responsible for any damage to items before we receive them.
Depending on where you live, it may take a while for us to receive your return and for you to receive a product in exchange.
TUO® LIMITED WARRANTY
TUO® warrants this device will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate for 2 years when used as directed. If this device does not conform to the warranty, TUO® will send you, at its election, a replacement device or refund your original price upon receipt of the returned device and valid proof of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover devices subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God. All TUO® products must be used in accordance with their instructions. Any improper or abnormal use voids all warranty. In case of defective material or workmanship, TUO® shall at its sole and absolute option, repair or replace the product.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDY HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. THIS WARRANTY SHALL EXCLUDE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REMEDIES. TUO® NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY OR TO GRANT ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. BUYER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM TUO®, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR PRINCIPALS ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BUYER'S USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO BUYER'S USE OR RESALE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUYER'S RELIANCE UPON OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR COMMUNICATION. VENDOR'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHICH ARISES FOR ANY REASON FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING AS A RESULT OF ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION OR SERVICES FURNISHED HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH GIVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, TUO® LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Some states and provinces do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.
