Refunds

TUO offers a 30-day satisfaction refund policy.  If you are not satisfied with the TUO product, email us at info@thetuolife with your Name, Address and where you purchased the product.  Returns will only be accepted for products in full working order.  If you believe you have a defective product, please wee our Warranty return policy.  Then return the TUO Smart bulbs in their original tube package and ensure they are in good working order to 230 James Street Bensenville, IL 60106 within 2 weeks of notifying us by email.  Once the device(s) are tested for full working condition, you will be issued a refund to the account used to purchase the item, or contacted to submit a method of refund.
